Annoying, obnoxious, rude, incompetent - just AWFUL - this place is terrible and you should think a long time before giving them your money for anything. This is the 3rd time for me and the last. I tried, gave them every chance, but this time was over the top rude, obnoxious, and incompetent - which is saying a lot for this place. There is no way this place is focused on sales - it seems opposite to me. The cashier gets obnoxious and flustered with the most simple question, the other two staff I was pushed off on by the cashier were rude, talk trash in Thai (assuming you don't know what they're saying) all because I wanted to spend 100k-200k in their shop and asked some questions. And why is there a security guard posted at the door? Something does not add up about this place. HEY TREK!: Why do you allow this shop exclusive rights to sell your brand. Have you been to this shop? Did they pay you a bunch to have their brand? Go to a shop that treats customers kindly and appreciates the business.

One of the best places in Bangkok to buy authorized bike equipment with a warranty. Stuff is very friendly and helpful to find what you need for your requirement. Got so many products to choose from and have some good deals as well I was a foreigner shopping here and they help me with getting VAT clearance documents as well I believe they are the authorized dealer for IGPSport, Shimano and TREK. Thank you for the service and hope to visit you someday

Basically they are new company show good website with lots choices , but they got no stock. And it is not possible to order directly from them so they ask me to go to a dealer , who then confirmed there is no stock for item on PROBIKE website. BAD. PROBIKE please be a PROBUISINESS and get your lovely looking website linked in real-time to your stock levels , orders , deliveries and so WE ALL know what you actually have available. ALSO ... SELL direct to individual customers. CHOK DEE.

I visited this cycle probike store, awesome collection and verities. We bought 4 bike from this store so far. Each visit me or my friend got the bike from this place to India. One of my friend suggested this place. Now every visit to bangkok we visit this place to check out cycles. Let me upload few pic from my last visit. Recommended for bike lover. You will get tax benefit on purchased too. He will give nicely and well pack for air travel. We did not find any issue or trouble.

Wasted my time. Waiting 20min looking at the new bikes. No one comes. Employees are just passing by but never ask if they can help. I finally ask, and tell that i want this bike (38,000 thb), but a bigger frame in 52. They check and confirm they have it in dark grey. I confirm that it is what I want. The clerk goes and never came bike, despite that I was waiting next to the bike for another 20 min. Then I left, and I will buy this bike in another shop. Too bad for the owner who could make a lot more money if he had professional employees. Just got back from BikeZone. 1 week after that bad taste at ProBike. Bike Zone was just so professional from start. Found a good Cevelo perfectly serviced. Thank you BikeZone.
